  reason: Grace is really friendly and updates VERY frequently. She tries her best to rush the supplier and to send out our items asap.
  HOWEVER, i would like to say that im actually very disappointed with the way my bangles (Bone and Resin #7) turned out. Its nothing like in the picture AT ALL. The colour is totally off. Looks as if the white has been ironised or sth and there's supposed to be gold lines in between the white cubes, but instead, i think the manufacturer was lazy or wad, and simply curve out lines to replace the gold lines. (The curved out lines are also so badly drawn!) Very slip-short workmanship. Very upsetting. Was actually very looking forward to receiving my bangles! :(
  Is there anything you can do about it and any way you can feedback to the supplier?
